Kersten is an Alaskan stamper, mixed media artist, and rough draft poet. She also applies her creative groove to her high school classroom where she teaches English by day at the local high school.  Stamping has been a part of her life for many years and her introduction to the craft was first through mail art designs.  Publications that have posted some of her work include Take Ten, Stamper's Sampler, and The Rubber Stamper.  She also served as a DT member for the former Art by Moonlight.  Art clutters her desk and even her desktop where she posts many samples to her website FM Travels:  http://www.fmtravels03.com/Kerty/Stamping/KertyStampingIndex.html and oversees the stamping forum, Altered Gypsy.  Designing for Altered Pages is an exciting challenge!
