Katrina Rollings
Hello, my name is Katrina Rollings. I live in Bristol in the southwest of England with my husband and 3 beautiful tame cockatiels, well 2 tame but one was a gift form Mother nature so he is getting there slowly! I am so excited to be part of this talented design team. I have crafting ever since I was a little girl but I have been in love with Mixed Media ever since a friend introduced me to ATC’s in 2004. Ever since then I have been hooked and I now take part in regular ATC swaps and forums, where I am known as Arty Parrot and love the mixed media challenge sites where I join in when I get the time. I am a member of a crafting group that a few friends and I set up over 6 years ago and where I some times teach. I have also taught at a couple of scrapbooking conventions here in Bristol. I love to use vintage images and most of my work has a vintage feel to it, also a lot of text and words seam to work there way into my projects. I have a blog http://artyparrot.blogspot.com/ which I regularly update. When I am not in my craft room I love to read, always have a book on the go, am learning German, am a keen photographer, like to watch old films, and spend time with my birds and hubby. I must admit I am also a bit of a DS game fan. We also holiday in Austria a couple of times a year where we love to hike and take photos in the mountains.
