Kim Langhorst I spent most of my childhood & college years here in Colorado, but moved to northern California in the late 80's where I taught preschool & met my husband & had my son. Now, I am happy to be back in Colorado & close to my family! I currently live in Castle Rock, CO – a wonderful suburb of Denver where I am a SAHM with my husband of 20yrs, Eric, our teenage son, Jacob & our crazy dog Hubble! I began my love of scrapbooking & paper crafting over 15 yrs ago! It has been both personal & professional by working at 2 local scrapbook stores & an online retailer & attending many weekend crops & expos! In addition to customer service, I designed & taught classes for the two local stores.
A few years ago, my mom, sister (Becky Voth, also a DT for Altered Pages) & I began “The Scrap-a-Teeny Girls” selling OOAK mini-albums online. In a short time, our interests & passions have expanded into altering found objects & moving into a more eclectic & mixed media direction! I am always looking for the unusual piece to challenge my creativity!
I was so very flattered when my sister called me to tell me that Jean wanted us on the Altered Pages Design Team! Wow! Who wouldn't be! I look forward to sharing my creations with all of you!
